Property Community Channel

The Community Channel will be the default channel in the Free Channels section of the app. 

• Your channel will be branded with the property logo or name.
• The app is available on all smart TVs, phones and tablets plus streaming devices like FireTV, AppleTV, AndroidTV, GoogleTV and Roku

Channel Content

The channel will act as a bulletin board messaging system for each property allowing you to easily and consistently communicate with your tenants. The channel will consist of unlimited text slides played at a delayed interval similar to the amenities slideshow used in hotels. Each slide can be used to:

• Property Maintenance Notices
• Property Amenities Notices
• Marketing Messaging to drive occupancy
  

Content Maintenance

Each property channel can be updated weekly by your person who currently handles tenant communications. Simply send an email for the following week's content and we produce and update the slides.
